We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Al Fatir Autos. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • Request a return within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
  • Receipt or order confirmation is required

📩 How to Start a Return

  • Include your Order Number, reason for return, and a photo if needed
  • Wait for our team to confirm eligibility

❗ Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed parts/accessories
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom-fit or stitched products

If unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before requesting a return.

🛠 Damages & Issues

Check your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email us right away and we’ll make it right.

🔄 Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item after approval and place a new order for the replacement.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Bank/card processing time may vary
