We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Al Fatir Autos. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
✅ Return Eligibility
- Request a return within 15 days of receiving your order
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
- Receipt or order confirmation is required

📩 How to Start a Return

- Include your Order Number, reason for return, and a photo if needed
- Wait for our team to confirm eligibility
❗ Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom-fit or stitched products

🛠 Damages & Issues
Check your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email us right away and we’ll make it right.
🔄 Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item after approval and place a new order for the replacement.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Bank/card processing time may vary
